Rahul Bhatnagar (RB)
Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar serves as the architect of Saphalya’s commercial expansion, bringing nearly twenty years of dedicated experience to the Sales and Distribution vertical. A recognized specialist in the Western Indian trade landscape, his tenure is marked by a long-standing association with Sula Vineyards, where he mastered the intricacies of regional market penetration. At Saphalya, he oversees the operational execution of our sales strategy, ensuring that the firm’s distribution architecture remains both resilient and highly competitive.

Laxman R. Raghorte
With 14 years of rigorous experience in production planning and supply chain management, Mr. Laxman Rambhau Raghorte serves as the Director of Operations. Previously holding the office of General Manager (Production & Planning) at Sula Vineyards Ltd., he brings a high degree of technical proficiency to our winery operations and proprietary brand development. Stationed at our Nashik hub, Mr. Raghorte exercises oversight of all C&F operations, production logistics, and excise compliance, ensuring that our supply chain maintains the highest standards of fiscal and operational integrity.

Karishma Chandy
With over 18 years of experience in the alco-bev, design and advertising industry. Karishma is a certified sommelier and beverage specialist, an epicure with an affinity for literature and the arts.
She is the co-founder of Pitbull Rum and is also the marketing force behind India’s leading Hard Seltzer – Pursue. Karishma also advises and consults other F&B start-ups and new verticals of existing large beverage conglomerates.
